Deposit

In order a reservation to be confirmed, it is kindly requested to make a deposit of 25% of the total cost of stay. The rest of the cost is paid off upon the departure.
If the deposit is not made in the due date, the reservation is not considered valid.

Check-in, check-out time

Check in time is at 14.00. The Check out time is by 12.00. In case of extension of the stay until 18.00, there is an extra charge of 50% of the daily cost. If check out is not completed by 18.00, then the total daily cost is charged.

Extension of stay

In case of extension of stay before arrival, communication in time is considered as necessary. Extension of stay during the vacations, accommodation in the same room cannot be guaranteed.

Earlier departure

In case of earlier departure, 50% of the total cost of accorded cancelled stay is charged.

No show

In case a guest does not show up for the room as per the reservation, the room remains at their disposal until the following day at 12am. If the guest does not show up, there is a 50% charge of the total cost of stay.

Book cancellation

In case of cancellation 21 days prior to the arrival, the total deposit is refundable. Cancellation 21 to 15 days before arrival, entails 50% charge of the total cost of the accorded stay. Cancellation 14 days before departure entails 100% charge of the cost of the accorded stay.

Loss and damage policy

Guests accept full responsibility for themselves and their visitors in or about the hotel area. Any damage incurred to the room and the hotel’s fixtures, furnishing, fittings will be the responsibility of the guest and will be charged accordingly.
The hotel lies no responsibility for any loss or damage of items stored within the hotel property. Guests, or their visitors are responsible for their property. No liability is accepted and no compensation is provided in case the performance of the hotel’s obligations are prevented or affected directly or indirectly by or as a result of force majeure or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including earthquake, fire, failure of electric power etc.
